New version will be released next week

This time we improve a lot of features.

1) Redesign the login page.
2) Date/Time format is changed.
3) Make the Date/Time input field readonly, the user have to use the selection to enter it.
4) Add pulldown menu for Timezone.
5) Attendance report correction.
