New features or features improved shown as below:

0) Three levels of user right, Admin, Manager, and Normal User.
1) Admin can correct the time or date which is in error in record.
1.5) Manager can doing sign in/out for other people.
2) When delete a User, it is not actually deleted, but disabled.
3) Vacation can be half day on carry forword.
4) Send email to others by locaion or group.
5) Internal Email facility to Admin, when add an event.
6) History Records clean.
7) Database compact.
8) Email regular express filter will accept new TLD email address.

Just create a new board in Free InOut Board and you will get the whole free, full functional In-Out Board without limitation.

Fix a bug about adding new user.
Users' email can be mixed by number and letter.

If you have the problem of adding a new user, or the email of user can not be mixed by the number, you need this new version.

Changes:

1) Improved security protection for the In-Out Board.
Use regular express to verify the data input.
2) New Log in screen.
3) Change the format of date/time.
4) Make the Date/Time readonly in the form, the user can choose the date by selection only.
5) Time zone pulldonw menu added.
6) Some small finetune.

Installation, update, or upgrade:
For new installation
In your internet browser, enter http://www.yoursite.com/pt_load.asp
This is the program initializing process, key in the correct data, all fields mandatory.
After you see the Success, delete the pt_load.asp file.

For Upgrade from 5.12.x
In your internet browser, enter http://www.yoursite.com/pt_upgrade.asp
This is the program initializing process, key in the correct data, all fields mandatory.
After you see the Success, delete the pt_upgrade.asp file.

For Update from 6.03.xxxx
In your internet browser, enter http://www.yoursite.com/pt_update.asp
This is the program initializing process, key in the correct data, all fields mandatory.

If you use the In-Out Board in your intranet, not public access, you don't need to update it.
It is urgent to update to 6.03.0.1001 for all installation in the internet.

Please go to our download page to download the upgrade package. Decompress it and copy all files into your installation folder. Confirm to overwrite if request.

Run pt_upgrade.asp to complete the upgrade procedure. After upgrading, delete this pt_upgrade.asp file.

Note:
Before doing anything, make a backup of the original copy.

No. 4 User IP log
The IP address of the user will be logged. So that if the user login from home can be traced. The boss or manager will know if the employee is work at home or other place.

No. 3 Version checker/ update reminder
From the Admin's default page, you can see if the new version is available. If new version is available, you can download it from the link provided.

No. 1 Time Zone
The bigges feature added in this version is Time Zone.
Even the users of different locations are use different time zone, they can use their own time to log in.
We change almost every files to make it work. If you do not need this feature, just let all timezone figures same. That means they are all in same timezone.
